2. Track Package using USPS.com

To track a package only, you need to visit USPS.com and then follow the procedure to track your package. To track a package, you need to find a tracking number from the mailing label or receipt of the mailpiece. If you have your tracking number then simply visit the USPS.com and follow this guide to track your package. The most recent tracking status of your mailpiece should appear after tracking. If there is no status available or the information has not changed since the last time you viewed it, check back regularly as information is updated periodically throughout the day.

3. Contact USPS Customer Service

If you have a tracking number then you can also contact by sending then Email regarding the issue that you’re facing. USPS will get back to you within 24 hours. Or you can simply contact USPS customer service by calling at 1-800-222-1811. Customer representatives as available as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 8:30pm ET
  • Saturday:  8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET
  • Sundays:  Closed
  • Holidays:  Closed

Please Note that the call center does not accept any inquiries about ineligible First-Class Mail International and First-Class Package International Service items.

As the volume of mail fluctuates daily so there is no specific delivery time. As per USPS guidelines, all the deliveries should be made 5:00 p.m. local time. No mail items will be delivered on Sunday except Priority Mail Express and Amazon parcels.
